Common questions

Can we keep our current numbers?

Yes. Porting is included. Your numbers stay the same for customers, but they now ring on the 3CX system. Transition is gradual: both systems can run in parallel for a few days to ensure a clean cutover.

What if the internet goes down?

Mobile calls keep working over cellular. For desk phones, we set up automatic failover to user mobiles. You don't lose critical calls.

Is it hard for the team to use?

No. The mobile app and desktop client feel like WhatsApp or Teams. Training is one 30-minute session per user, and support is included for the first 30 days for individual questions.
