Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 management for SMEs covers licensing, tenant security, mailbox migration, and adoption of SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.

You pay for Microsoft 365 every month, and your team uses 20% of what's included. Email works, OneDrive sort of works, but Teams is for occasional chat and SharePoint stays empty. The initial deployment was rushed, and nobody came back to finish the job. We pick it all back up: configuration, governance, team training, right-sized licensing.

Migration with no service interruption. Your email stays live throughout.

What we do

  • Migration from Google Workspace, on-prem Exchange or another provider, with no data loss.
  • Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams configured to match how your organisation actually works.
  • Access governance: two-factor login, sharing policies, compliance.
  • Right-sized licensing: E1, E3, E5, Business Basic or Standard. You pay for what you actually use.
  • Hands-on user training, not a PDF manual.

Who it's for

For SMEs moving to Microsoft 365 or finally trying to use it properly. You want one partner from rollout to maintenance, and you're tired of providers who close the project the moment migration ends.

How we work

  1. 1

    Take stock

We look at what you have, what's used, what's ignored.

  2. 2

    Migrate and configure

No service interruption. Email stays live.

  3. 3

    Adoption

Team training, 30-day check-in, licence adjustment.

Common questions

We're already on Microsoft 365 but it's not really working. Can you take over?

Yes. This is the most common case. We audit the existing configuration, identify the gaps (badly set-up mailboxes, empty SharePoint, oversized licences), and put it back in order. No need to start from scratch.

How many licences should we take?

Depends on who does what. Not everyone needs an E5. A 30-person team usually mixes: 5 power users on E3, 25 on Business Standard. We weigh it with you, not for you.

Are you actually Microsoft certified?

Yes. Hexona is a certified Microsoft partner. That means direct access to Microsoft support for your complex issues, and official guidance on new features the moment they ship.

Are your licences being used well?

We look together at what you pay for, what you use, and what we can improve.
